Emily completed her 200 hour Hatha Flow (vinyasa) training through Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) nationally registered through the Yoga Alliance. With her background in bodywork, Emily strives to make yoga accessible to everyone. Individuals with limited mobility, and/or acute and chronic injury and illness as well as athletes can benefit from Emily’s guidance.

Emily loves working with beginners to give them a solid, safe foundation from which to build on while still challenging experienced yogis by helping them refine their movements and breath.
